Baahl was the chief of the Bone Clan of the High Valley Nation.
He wore a feathered cloak with a collar of snowbird beaks, and carried the carved copperwood staff of a clan chief.
During Doombringer, he ordered Cade and Phineal to be killed, after they were captured by the Bone Clan, assuming they were Mire Pearlers. He cancelled the execution after finding that Cade was a fried of the Shadow Clan. He then rallied the clans to help defend Farrow Lake from Merton Hoist's Mire Pearlers.
