Codsap was a waterwaif who was imprisoned in the Tower of Night. When Rook raided the dungeons, Codsap projected his thoughts to Rook, telling him to open his door, and deliberately positioned himself so that when Rook opened the door, he was knocked off his tower ledge and plunged to his death.
