Sluice was a tufted goblin prowlgrin dealer in the Ambristown district of Great Glade. He had inherited his stable from his father, who had inherited it from his father, and so on, far back up the family line. He was adept at reading people and believed that each prowlgrin had a unique character not dependent on their breed, so he tried to match up prowlgrins with customers so that each individual's strengths and weaknesses were complemented. During The Immortals, he sold Tallix to Nate Quarter and Slip.
