General Tytugg was the leader of the goblin armies and de facto ruler of Undertown during the Rook trilogy. Vox Verlix hired him and his armies to help enforce law and recruit slaves for the building of the Sanctaphrax Forest, but General Tytugg seized control of the city and forced Vox into hiding at the Palace of Statues. During the events of Vox, General Tytugg and his armies battled the shrykes in the Great Storm Chamber Library, and all of them were killed by rock demons in the Battle of the Sewers of Undertown.
