A swooping gladehawk
Gladehawks were predatory Deepwoods birds with large talons. They fed on small creatures such as weezits, and attacked by hovering overhead before rapidly diving down to grab their prey in their claws. They were seen by Quint and Maris during Clash of the Sky Galleons, as well as hunting in the Silver Pastures in The Last of the Sky Pirates.
