Lammerkeens were creatures native to the Deepwoods. Some lived in the Western Woods near the Farrow Ridges. Lammerkeens were black and orange, and their eyes were huge and golden. They travelled through the forest by swinging and ate fruit. They also had long, curling snouts which they could produce mournful hooting noises with. Cade Quarter and Celestia Helmstoft saw a lammerkeen swinging through the forest when they were on a mission to retrieve shriekroot in The Nameless One.[1]
