Rampton Gleep, also known as Sergeant Gleep, was a mobgnome who served as a sergeant in the Hive Militia before the Glorious Revolution and worked as the landlord of the Winesap Inn afterwards. He was an old comrade and friend of Thorne Lammergyre, and when Thorne came to Hive during the events of Doombringer he directed him to Landris Bellwether to sell Celestia's mire-pearl necklace and to Tove Gripply to buy phraxmuskets.
