Twelve Villages

The Twelve Villages were the woodtroll settlements in the Deepwoods during the First Age of Flight. They were all connected by paths from which the woodtrolls practically never strayed. If one lost the path they could be lost in the dangerous Deepwoods, so keeping to the path was a rule taught to even the smallest children.
