Yena Pallitax (née Vespius) was the wife of Linius Pallitax and the mother of Maris. She married Linius shortly after he became Most High Academe of Sanctaphrax, and became pregnant soon after they were married.
She was pretty and full of life, laughing at her husband's unshapely new robes when he was appointed Most High Academe[1]. Yena had a habit of chewing the tip of her hair and pursing her lips, just like her daughter[2].
She died at the Palace of Shadows in 1 ᴇ.ʏ. during childbirth.[1]
